Warranty Coverage:

  • Refurbished Appliances: All refurbished appliances come with a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • New or Scratch and Dent Appliances: All new or scratch and dent appliances come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy:

  1. No Cash Refunds:

    • Appliance Surplus Inc. does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Returns and Exchanges:

    • If you encounter any issues with your appliance within the warranty period, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  3. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

    • The appliance must be in the same condition as when purchased.
    • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Upon receiving the returned appliance, our technicians will inspect it to verify the issue.
    • If the defect or issue is confirmed and falls within the warranty coverage, we will process an exchange or issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
  5. Store Credit:

    • Store credit issued can be used for future purchases at Appliance Surplus Inc.
    • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item. If the returned appliance is found to be defective under warranty, Appliance Surplus Inc. will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items such as clearance items, final sale products, and specific parts/accessories are non-returnable and will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
